Metal Casting Aluminum Mechinery Valve Pump System

This part is using in Bulldozer,the raw material is ADC12.

The main processes are die casting,CNC Milling,CNC Turning,Shot Blasting,Spray Coating.

In the die casting process,higher specific pressure is required, so that higher filling speed can be obtained.which is beneficial for alloy to overcome mold filling resistance.and effectively fill each part of the cavity.The Casting General Tolerance is Grade GB-CT4.The CNC machining work is finished on High Precision Machining center, we used BROTHER machining center, the accuracy can be up to 0.005 mm. The fourth rotary table we used is NIKKEN. Prior to machining, the part will be shot peeninged, or called shot blasting, shot peening is to make the appearance of the part more consistency, eliminating the mark of deburring more or less. What's more, shot blasting also can make the mechanical property better.

The technology used by our company allows the production of complex designs and provides us with the ability to customize the castings to match our customers' specifications perfectly.We usually quote within 2-3 days after we receive the RFQ or feedback within 2 days if any questions on prints need to be confirmed.We can provide available engineer consultation to the design for production improvement and cost saving.Depending on the product specification, we use different methods of aluminium die casting.

The Control Measure mainly included Incoming Material Test, First Article inspection, Routing inspection,Final item inspection, and Outgoing quality control.The Inspection Equipment mainly included CMM, Caliper, Plug Gage, Screw Gauge.

The Certificates of our factory are IATF16949:2016,ISO14001:2015,ISO45001:2018.The normal Lead Time is 30-35 days.The normal Trade Term is
