This product has a lot of tooth shape structure,in die casting process,appropriate parameters are needed  to searched out,if the die casting parameters is unreasonable,it is easy to appear shot-shot; because some products surface is not allowed to have plastic powder layer remained, these areas need to be covered before spraying process,rip off the sticker after the spray is done .Because the product is heavy, the production turnover process, need to do a good job about protection, beware of product collision abrasion.
