The chosen material, typically aluminum or an aluminum alloy known for its thermal conductivity, is melted in a furnace.
The molten metal is then injected into the mold at high pressure using a die casting machine.
After injection, the molten metal rapidly cools and solidifies within the mold, taking on the shape of the mold cavity.
Once the material has solidified, the mold opens, and the newly formed LED light parts are removed.
